Terms of Sale

Purpose

These terms govern all sales made on the website www.lanalanglois.com by ceramic artist Lana Langlois.

Products

Each piece is unique and handcrafted. Natural variations in color, texture, and shape may occur. Photos are provided for reference only.

Prices

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. As a small business, Lana Langlois is not required to collect sales tax; therefore, no tax is added to the total. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Orders

All orders become final once confirmed. You will automatically receive an email confirmation.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through the platforms offered at checkout (e.g., Square, PayPal). No banking information is stored on the website.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Québec within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, Lana Langlois cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels.

Cancellation and Modification

An order cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed. If you made a mistake, contact us promptly at poterie@lanalanglois.com — we will do our best to help if possible.

Exchanges and Returns

Due to the handmade nature of the pieces, no exchanges or returns are accepted unless the item arrives damaged. In case of an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a supporting photo.

Liability

Lana Langlois cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the pieces (e.g., exposing a tealight holder designed for battery-powered candles to an open flame).

All pieces, images, and written content are the intellectual property of Lana Langlois. Any reproduction is prohibited without permission.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Québec, Canada.
